She was predeceased by: her sister Janet Pennington. She is survived by: her daughter Kinsey Blaylock (Jackie) of Birdtown Kinsey; her grandchildren, Emmy, McKenna and McCoy Blaylock of Birdtown; her parents, Quinton Pennington and Linda Pennington of Damascus; and her siblings, Jeff Pennington (Sheila) of Damascus, Greg Pennington (Jennifer) of Bee Branch and Lana Parish (Kevin) of Bee Branch.
In lieu of flowers her family requests donations to be made to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital.
