She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Muilenburg and Anna Muilenburg (DeJong); her spouse Sentner James Altena; her daughter Wanda Brisco; her grandson Grant Van Veldhuizen; and her siblings, Wallace Muilenburg, Joyce Booher and Lois DeJong.
She is survived by : her children, Evonne Rozeboom (Gerrit), Cindy Richardson (Rich) and Mike Altena (Belinda); and her sister Harriet Harmelink. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
