Leota Pickens Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2025, at the age of 101, Leota Pickens of Centerton, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Tackeberry and Cora Baker Tackeberry Jones; her husband Raymond Frederick Pickens; her granddaughters, Andria Ray Pickens and Lisa Hahn Reinsdorf; her siblings, Leon Tackeberry, Dorothy Tackeberry Barkovitz, Hal Dean Tackeberry and Jimmy Dale Tackeberry; and her son-in-law Sanford Alan Hahn.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Pickens (June) of Mountain Home, James Pickens (Bev) of Estero, Kay Pickens Hahn of Libertyville, Alma Pickens Shuckhart (Rodney) of Big Canoe and Georgia; and her grandchildren, Nikki Pickens Ellis, Neil Pickens (Kim), Jodi Pickens Darling (Bryan), Lori Hahn and Jennifer Hahn Kaplan. She is also survived by several great- grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
