He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Lauren Hill (Shaughn Hill) of Tampa, FL, Melissa Hettish (Brian Hettish) of Dallas, TX and Olivia Ericson of Dallas, TX; his granddaughter Nora Hill of Tampa, FL.; his father Richard Westbrook; and his siblings, Steve Westbrook (Michelle), Scott Westbrook, Patti French (Bill French), Craig Westbrook and Chris Westbrook. He is also survived by his family, friends.
