She was predeceased by : her parent O'Dale Milam; and her grandparents, Bill, Leona Slape, Johnie and Murl Milam.

She is survived by : her mother Dottie Slape Milam; her daughter Katheryn Perryman (Wayne) of Gravette; her stepfather Cletus Rentfro of Dover; her grandchildren, Corbyn Perryman (Kynzi), Kaidyn Perryman and Kyndra Henry; her siblings, Rita Moore (David), Randy Milam and Cassie Elliott (Scott); her friend Larry Moore; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
