She was predeceased by: her parents, W. H. "Bill" Phillips and Una Lou Phillips (Kersh); her husband Raymond Edward Chastain; her sons, Roger Chastain and Phillip Chastain; her granddaughters, Cherri Lynn and Erin Elizabeth; and her siblings, Betty Haney and John Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Sory (Emory) of Charleston, Kathy Chastain (Janie Burks) of Tonitown, Harold Ray Chastain of Fort Smith, David Leeman Chastain (Theresa) of Charleston and Bud Chastain (Linda) of Wichita, Kansas; her grandchildren, Lori, Nick, Jason, Amanda, Ryan, Heather, Whitney, Daryl, Brad, Sarah, Emily, Matthew, Jordon, Katy and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Ema, Austin, Ayden, Tucker, Cole, Aric, Joshua, Hayden, Asher, Lily, Hank, Lucas, Jacob, Jonah and Millie; and her great great grandchild Zhaia.
