He is survived by: his children, Josh Weaver (Amanda), Katie Weaver (Chris Sumners) and Tracie Weaver; his granddaughter Emma Rose Sumners; the mother of his children Susan Hayden Weaver; and his siblings, Charlie Weaver (Betty), Don Weaver (Elinor), Pat Graham (Frank) and Lesa Sotherland.
