We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Shelba Jean Turley of Charleston, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rufus Calvin Chappell and Hazel Chappell (Hammonds). She is survived by : her children, Carol Allen of Texarkana, Kimberly Stevens (Thomas) of Yulee, Florida, Jeff Williams (Dee) of Charleston and Bobby Phillips (Rena) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and her brother Bobby Chappell (Connie) of Northport, Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
