He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Milligan and Judy Milligan; and his brothers, Dale Milligan and Ronnie Milligan (Bobby Milligan). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Milligan; his daughters, Connie Jennings, Sonia Day (Craig), Kathy Boozier (Brandon) and Faith Renee Johnson (John); his siblings, Jeff Milligan (Teresa), Gail Ellis (James) and Hope Jones; and his grandchildren, Josh Jennings, Rickey Jennnings, Dustin Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Casey Galloway, Colton Galloway, Kourtney Johnson and Keeli Johnson. He is also survived by twenty six great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Charlotte Church of Christ (55 J2J Rd, Charlotte, AR 72522). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
