She was predeceased by: her parents, Eve Williams and Johnie Williams; her granddaughter Elise Graham; her brother Mike Williams; her husband William Watkins; and her grandson Paul Mitchum.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Marshall (Steve) of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Tina Mitchum of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Bill Watkins (Shelia) of Cherokee Village, Arkansas and Angela Moseley (Steve) of Commerce City, Colorado; and her siblings, Rick Williams, Suezi Lanham, Jennifer Martin, Terry Zornes and Sybil Constable. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tri-County Funeral Home (1540 US-412, Hardy, AR 72542).
