She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ivy and Beth D. Brandt Ivy; her brother Robin Ivy (Joyce); and her husband Kenneth Crow. She is survived by: her children, Earl W. Booth of Broken Arrow, OK, Anna D. Smith (Merle Smith) of Seligman, MO and Bennett L. Booth (Denise Booth) of Decatur Ar; her sister Patty Ivy; and her grandchildren, Jordann Mudd (Kenneth Mudd) of Pea Ridge, Brittany Ellison (Shelby), Dustin Booth, Sherrie Williams and Bethany Booth.
