He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Hughes and Patsy Hughes (Reid); and his sisters, Anna Trout and Georgia Runyan. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Debbie Deaton of Chester, Rebecca Hammons of Alma and Rachael Lowery; and his brothers, Calvin Jack Hughes of Chester and Tommy Charles Hughes. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
