He was predeceased by: his parents, Pelham Ray and Margaret Louise Hamons (Bayer). He is survived by: his children, Alicia Volk (Jason) of Millsboro, DE, Christina Stanley (Alton) of League City, TX, Eve Robinson (Mike) of Friendswood, TX and Chip Hamons of Webster, TX; his stepchildren, Charles Hill (Yvonne) of Des Arc, AR, Teresa Collier (Jeremy) of Mont Belvieu, TX and Christie Dillard (Jaymie) of Clarendon; and his sister Pam Biard. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends and family.
