It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Elizabeth Turner (Clarksville, Arkansas), who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Riddell and Martin Riddell; her husband Thurman C. Turner (Speedy); and her son David. She is survived by: her daughter Kim (Frank Woosley); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Nicole (Bryce Ledbetter) of Dallas and John David Woosley (Kaitlin); her great grandchildren, Jack Matthew of Prairie Village and Graham Phillip Woosley of Prairie Village; and her daughter-in-law Donna Turner of Columbia.
