He was predeceased by: his father J. D. Tipton; and his sister Debbie Williams. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Tipton (Garner) of Clarksville, Arkansas; his wife Carla Kimbrell Tipton; his daughter Kari Damon (Derrick) of Clarksville, Arkansas; his brother-in-law Darrell Williams of Clarksville, Arkansas; his sister Melanie Cowell (Randy) of Hartman, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Weston Damon and Brentlee Damon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
