He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee and Esther Spencer (Weingartner); his daughter Tiffany Spencer; his brother Doug Spencer; and his brother-in-law Marcus Padilla.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spencer of Clarksville; his daughters, Crystal Skaggs (John) of Gentry and Whitney Smith (Chris) of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Jacob Skaggs (Savannah), Joshua Skaggs, Joseph Skaggs, Judah Skaggs, Josiah Skaggs, Alexis Fullbright, Sixx Smith, Trick Smith and Ransom Smith; his siblings, Beverly Harris (Danny), Ella Marie Inlow (Gayle) and Donna Padilla; and his sister-in-law Debra Spencer.
