He is survived by: his children, Dave DeVazier, Jr. (Deanna) of Batesville, MS, Michael Johnson (Kelly) of Dacula, GA, Rick Johnson (Sheri) of Raleigh, NC, Melissa Gammill (Ray) of Jonesboro, AR, Theresa Walls (Roger) of Jonesboro, AR and Dawn DeVazier (Kevin Perkins) of Clarksville, AR.; his grandchildren, Megan Johnson Barnes, Madelyn Johnson, Brooke Hollowoa, Tyler Smith, Zach Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Hannah Rowe, Drew Walls, Jacob Walls, Clabe Fletcher, Christopher Fletcher, Emily Spencer, Kyle DeVazier, Cole DeVazier and Kelsey Perry; his great grandchildren, Preston, Silas, Sawyer, Woods, Ada Claire, Graham, Paloma, Yuma, Daws, Madison, Ella and Brynn; and his sister Francis Anderson.
