Blackard Jr.; his daughter-in-law Vera Blackard; his daughter Angie Reeder; his son-in-law Jeshua Reeder; his siblings, Phylis Easley, Boyd Blackard and Terry Blackard (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Marissa Allison (Brandon), Blake Blackard, Briley Reeder and Carsten Reeder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hickey Cemetery Association at First Security Bank.
