She was predeceased by: her husband James Terry Cook, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James Terry Cook, Jr., Joshua Ray Wood, Larry Edward Wolfrum (Megan) and Elizabeth Franco; and her brothers, Michael Sutphin (Mary), Kevin Sutphin (Andrea), Tiger Griffith and Dewey Griffith. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 1 Great-grandchild.
