He was predeceased by: his parents, MJ Teague and Iris Teague; and his siblings, Mike Teague, Donna Vire and Judy Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Teague; his children, Eric Dale Teague of Clarksville, Trey Mathew Teague (Meagan) of Batesville, Matthew Eubanks of Hartman, Fayla Valtina Powell of Coweta, OK, Angie Nybye (Roger Clark) of Clarksville, Lindsay Bruner (Josh) of Clarksville and Vanessa Harderson (Derrick) of Hartman; and his sister Sharron Terry (Roy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel (509 W Main St, Clarksville, AR 72830). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Oakland Cemetery (402 Cemetery St, Clarksville, AR 72830).
