She was predeceased by : her husband Oran King Soard (Junior); her parents, Albert Sexton and Thyra Sexton (King); her siblings, Lee Jack Sexton, Richard Sexton and Dorothy Sexton Minor; and her grandson Jimmy Ward.

She is survived by : her daughters, Diana Ward of Houston, Judy Minks (Jim) of Clarksville, AR and Audrey Caldwell (Stephen) of Fayetteville, AR; her sister Carolyn Johnson (Roy) of Maumelle, AR; and her grandchildren, Dustin Hurst of Coal Hill, AR, Tosha Auterson of Coal Hill, AR, Kayln Pugh of Greenwood, AR, Dawn Ward of Houston, Jackie West of Fort Smith, AR, Josh Roy of Malvern, AR and Amanda Horton of Phelan, CA. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
