She is survived by: her children, Tonia Sue Sampley Stamper of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Donald Delano Sampley of Clarksville; her sisters, Susan Vandiver of Collinsville and Julia Brock of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Dustin Lee Stamper of Oklahoma, Brook Alicia Sampley Garrett (Jon) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Julie Marie Sampley Honeycut (Michael) of Claremore; her great grandchildren, Braxton Smith, Liam Babbitt, Knox Honeycut, Jaden Stamper and Egan Chelf-Bowen; and her great great grandchildren, Jace Stamper, Nala Stamper, Maylee Stamper (Mary), Damin Bowen and Ayiana Bowen.
