He is survived by: his children, Coty Birney (Laurie Meadows) of Satanta, KS and Desirae Jaso (David) of Satanta, KS; his grandchildren, Maddison and Haven Jaso; and his siblings, Marc Birney (Rita) of Sublette, KS, Max Birney (Jillae) of Olathe, KS and Marita Hampton of Clarksville, AR.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Haskell County Cemetery.
