It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Lease of Clarksville, Arkansas, born in Roe, Arkansas, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Slaughter and Mary Ella Slaughter (Clark); her husband Richard Earnest Lease; and her brother Carl Slaughter. She is survived by : her children, Richard Lease, Johnny W. Lease and June Griffith; and her grandchildren, Russell Mize, Rebecca Williams and Cathy Lease. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
