She was predeceased by : her parents, P. O. Holman and Lizzie Holman; her husband Hobert Sims; and her siblings, Donald, Cecil, Morris Holman, Vivian, Tressie Holman, Eula Cole and Juanita Cole.

She is survived by : her daughter Brenda Sims (Danny) of Wynnewood, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Robyn Westbrook (Ryan) of Whitesboro, Texas and Tanner Sims (McKenzie); her great grandchildren, Rua Westbrook, Rollie Westbrook, Robinson Westbrook, Reese Sims and Renley Sims; and her sister-in-law Betty Holman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
