It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell Powell of Clarksville, Arkansas, born in Mokane, Missouri, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Isaac and Edith Pauline Powell (Hampton); his wife Annita Powell; and his brother Albert Lee Powell. He is survived by : his sons, Wendell Powell Jr. (Zetta) and Terry Powell; his grandchildren, Wendell Ray Powell III and Rebecca Powell; and his great grandchildren, Connor Almond, Bonnie Jackson, Thomas Jackson, Anita Powell and Melanie Powell.
