He is survived by: his wife Misty Thomas (Haddock); his daughters, Miranda Thomas Smith (Jeffrey) of Fort Smith, AR, Kendra Haddock of Clarksville, AR, Brooklyn Thomas of Clarksville, AR and Alexia Thomas of Republic, MO; his sisters, Rena Thomas Gaston of Corpus Christy, TX, Lilly McMillian of Coal Hill, AR, Margret Race (Dell) of Crystal Lake, MI, Jeannie Oaks (Thell) of Fayetteville, AR and Dawn Patillo (David) of Norman, OK; and his granddaughter Taylen Wallis of Clarksville, Arkansas..
