It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Owsley (Clinton, Arkansas), born in Sedalia, Missouri, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Arthur and Lorene; his half-brother Gary Weaver; his sister Sharon Postlewait; his wife Linda Jeanette Shawgo; his daughters, Pamela Cullum of Clinton, AR and Emily Sappingfield of Olathe, KS.; his uncle Art (Fletcher); his grandchildren, Tyler Cullum, Megan Cullum of Shirley, AR, Drew Sappingfield and Blake Sappingfield of Olathe, KS.; and also Big Gulps. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
