He is survived by: his sons, Paul Legate (Amy), Eric Legate (Shannon) and Brent Legate; his grandchildren, Summer Legate, Brody Legate, Erica Legate, Landon Legate and Lakon Legate; and his great grandchild Conrad Tumminia. He is also survived by numerous friends and family.
