It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Renfroe of Clinton, Arkansas, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Ashbrook and Elizabeth Ashbrook (Jones); her husband Kenneth; her daughters, Carol Renfroe Gardner and Karen JoAnn Ericson; her grandchildren, Angela Rebecca Gardner and Robert Shane Whitley; and her siblings, Myrtle Crafton, Rosetta Wactor, Elsie Fletcher, John Ellison Ashbrook and Burnice Ashbrook.

She is survived by : her daughter Shawna Elizabeth Weatherly (Daniel); her grandchildren, Jennifer Leslie Hobbs, Allison Weatherly Miller (Logan), Parker Weatherly (Audrey) and Collin Weatherly (Kelsie); her great grandchildren, Skylar Wright, Kali Wright, Brooke Hobbs-Doyle and Emily Hobbs; and her great great grandchildren, Lukas Eli Forte, Emery Doyle, Noah Doyle, Macey Doyle and Mia Weatherly. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Kathy Love wrote a sympathy message

“We lost my mother-in-law, June Love, 2 weeks ago and I wanted to tell Ms. Gloria in person since they were good friends. My dad is at Brookdale, so I stopped by and Ms. Gloria and I had the best visit while dad was eating. We shared our hearts with each other for almost an hour, and I left her feeling lifted up and like she’d become my good friend! She’s a very special lady and she is now reaping the fruits of her faith! I’ll be in prayer for the family in the days ahead…Kathy Love”
