He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Marshall and Cordelia Marshall (Knight). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Andrea Melton, Heather Fendley, Michelle Smiley, Brandi Long, Donald E. Davis and Joshua Marshall; and his sisters, Jolene and Sharon Jean. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clinton Funeral Service (218 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, AR 72031). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
