He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Van Horn Sr. and Bette Van Horn; and his brothers, David and Dana (Michelle). He is survived by: his son Kevin Van Horn (Nancy) of Monticello, AR; and his granddaughters, Victoria Collins (Cole) of Tillar, AR and Hannah Edmonson (Zayne) of Ruston, LA.
