She is survived by: her husband Earl Grier; her mother Loretta McDade (Mike McDade); her children, Kirk Spencer V, Cody Rundel, Kiera Rundel and Kaytie Rundel; her grandchildren, Chelsea Spencer, Kyler Spencer, Isabella Spencer, Kirk Spencer VI and Ainsley Bateman; her siblings, Jamie Love, LaTasha Greet, Justin Terrell, Heather Terrell and Jason Terrell; and her grandmother Mary Lavone Bradford. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Through the gift of organ donation, her spirit lives on, offering hope and life to others — the very essence of who she was every day of her life.
