She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingram Crowell and Mildred Platt-Gainey of Virginia; her daughter Veronica Jean Martin; and her sister Peggy Ann Laurent (Dick "Elvis" Randall). She is survived by: her husband Elvis; her siblings, Lavern Seki, Kay Hill and Charles Laurent; her grandchildren, Stephanie Fletcher, Dustin Hughes, Travis Hughes, Karissa Wallace, Micah Smith, Brayden Smith, Nikole Wells and Summer Davis; her uncle Buck Platt; and her nieces, Theresa Absey, Rene Sullivan and Simone Souza. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
