He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Holley and Florence Holley (French); his former wives, Eva Pauline Holley (Brownfield) and Ruth Holley (Peevyhouse); his siblings, Luke Holley, Donald Holley and Dorothy Holley; and his son Phillip Ray Holley.

He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Holley (Lebernz); his daughters, Betty Spencer (Scott) and Peggy Rose; and his brother Tony Holley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the Ozark Health Auxiliary in Loyd's name.
