She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd O. Balentine and Joyce Maude Rose Balentine; her husband Sam Smith; and her sisters, Lucinda Rose Balentine and Karen Kay Balentine Knight.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Wayne Smith (Sabrina) of Leslie and James Madison "Matt" Smith (Scarlett) of St. Joe; her grandchildren, Lydia Smith, Noah Smith and Sadie Smith; and her brothers, Robert Balentine (Pam) of Conway and Floyd Balentine Jr. (Sheila) of Conway. She is also survived by many extended family, work family and friends.
