He is survived by: his wife Janice Lewis; his children, Christopher Lewis, David Lewis (Stephanie) and Robin Shaver (Cody); his grandchildren, Haley McCulley, Ryan Lewis, Callie, Gwen, Nora and Miles Shaver; and his great grandchild Arabella Johnson.
