With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Veda Keeling of Clinton, Arkansas, who passed away on May 17, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thomas and Floy Thomas (Carson); her husband Johnny Ray Keeling; her grandson Jimmy Altom; and her brothers, Charles Thomas and Hubert Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Altom (Duane), Jackie Hays, Marvin Keeling and Justin Keeling (April); her grandchildren, Matthew Heard (Crystal), Michael Heard, Melissa Leslie (Jacob), Tiffany Myrick (Will) and Jesse Keeling (Kimberly); her great grandchildren, Emma, Sarahbeth Keeling, Ava Heard, Haven, Hannah Heard, Aaron Leslie, Jasper and Dillon Myrick; her siblings, Harold Dean Thomas (Lois) of Tilly Jones, JW, Jimmy Jack Thomas (Penny) and Odell Thomas (June); and her niece Emma Smiley (Jeremy). She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First Security Bank - Funeral Account, Justin or April Keeling to help offset the cost of her services.
