Though Evelyn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evert Phillips and Deema Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Everett Phillips, Darren Phillips, Darrell Phillips, Rosemary Phillips of Wyoming and Carol Phillips of Germany; and her sisters, Anna Parker of Coal Hill and Emogene Bradshaw of Fontana, California.
