He was predeceased by: his parents, Vince Douglas of Ozark and Carrie Osborn of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Robert Douglas (Bobby) of Alma, Leon Douglas of Texas, Claretta Bartlett (Sissy) of Fort Smith, Ramona Nash of Vinita and Betty Bernard of Fort Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Douglas; his sons, Stan (Lisa Douglas), Kevin and Ross (Mirabelle Douglas); his grandchildren, Brad (Paige Douglas) of Fort Smith, Chloe, Andrew, Andrilea and Adrianna of Cabot; his great grandchildren, Adisyn and Kasen Douglas of Fort Smith; his sister Doris Robertson of Fort Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Bartlett of Fort Smith, Vicki Hurst of Hot Springs and Ann Douglas of Alma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
