He was predeceased by : his parents, Tommy Tolar and Bennie Wolf Betnar; his son Michael Tolar; and his significant other Lea Hicks. He is survived by : his daughter Melissa Hoover of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Marty Tolar of Steubenville, Ohio, Chris Wilkins of Coal Hill and Dee Stanton of Clarksville. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
