He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Leon and Esther Mae Luker (Plummer); and his siblings, Jeffrey Luker and Anita Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Luker; his children, Tony Luker of Colt and Anne Gaddy of Greers Ferry; his brother Danny Luker (Tonya) of Fitzgerald Crossing; his grandchildren, Dylan Kennedy, Rebecca Luker, Steven Luker, Caleb Rose and Cooper Luker; and his great grandchildren, Atticus Johnson, Axl Rose and Thomas Allen Watts. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thompson-Wilson Wynne Funeral Home (2642 US-64, Wynne, AR 72396). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
