She is survived by: her husband Buddy Wayne Gabbard; her daughters, Tracy O'Neal of Elkins and Mecca Pennington of Lewiston; her grandchildren, Jackson Carpenter of Elkins, Khloie O'Neal of Elkins, Chace O'Neal of Elkins and Taylan Pennington of Garfield; and her brothers, Tommy Bryant of Combs and Dale Bryant of Combs.
