With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alan Acton Smith of Conway, Arkansas, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alan Acton left this world on April 23, 2024 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William "Smitty" Smith and Maxine Smith. He is survived by : his wife Vivian Trickey-Smith; his children, Shaun Smith (Heather) of Benton, Micah Smith, Bart Trickey (Kelli) of Conway and Michelle Trickey Rector of Greenbrier; and his grandchildren, Ryan Trickey (KayLee) of Elkins, Jake Trickey, Lauren Havniear of Maumelle, Kevin Trickey, Hannah Grace Kelly of Orlando, FL., Tyler Trickey of Fayetteville, Hadlee Rector, Bodie Rector of Greenbrier, Addison Priddy and Grayson Smith of Benton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.

The military honors was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Next Level Events (1400 W Markham St #104, Little Rock, AR 72201). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you pay kindness forward and feed a child in need.
