He is survived by: his wife Lila Smith; his siblings, Donna Barns (Randy), Ina Guthrie (Skip), Lois Blackbird (Kirby), Lee Smith (Songia), Orville Smith and James Smith; and his children, Dewayne Edward Gossett, Brian Lee Gossett, Mikel Lee Smith, Zachary Sean Smith and Lia Beth Gossett.
