She is survived by : her husband Mario Avila; her children, Araceli Avila (Francisco Saldivar), Clara Avila (Oswaldo Godinez), Brian Avila (Raffaela Avila) and Jacobo Avila (Megan Woods); and her siblings, Virginia, Mario, Rene, Adrian and Roy. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
