She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Ballard and Gladys Ballard; her husband Bobby Joe Lasley; her brothers, Raymond, Cleo and Jeff Ballard; her daughter Jo Carol Lasley; and her granddaughter Cassie Flowers.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Brady; her daughters, Claudette Flowers and Leslie Dawes (Larry Dawes); her grandchildren, Lee Freyaldenhoven, Alex Flowers, Lauren Ott (Andrew Ott) and Jeffrey Dawes; her great grandchildren, Liam Gardner and Annabelle Ott; and her nephew Scott Brady.
