He is survived by: his wife Glenda Ann Middleton (Byrd); his children, Clayton Middleton of Little Rock and Lee Ann Cardimona (Ethan); his grandson Dirk Cardimona of Greenbrier; his sister Myra Cingolani of McGehee; and his niece Brooke Cingolani of Sherwood.
