With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billie Farley of Conway, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adams and Viva Adams; her in-laws, Earple and Lavohn Farley; her daughter Jill Farley; her brother Jimmy Adams; her siblings-in-law, Sandy Adams and Herb Stuart; and her son-in-law Eddie Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Farley; her children, Traci Webb, Amanda Farley and Doug Farley (Jamie); her brothers, Larry Adams and Farrell Adams (Tina); her sister-in-law Barbara Stuart; and her grandchildren, Timothy Webb (Stephanie), Nathan Webb (Makayla), Megan Jaskiewicz (Edmund), Rachel Webb and Lily Farley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
