He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Castleberry and Marie Castleberry; his wife Joanne Castleberry; and his son Jack Castleberry. He is survived by: his children, Susan Castleberry, David, Dawn Castleberry and Linda Castleberry Lance; and his daughter-in-law Lynn Castleberry. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
